Refunds will be made on new, unused and unwashed products purchased from heavenlyorganic.com that are returned to Heavenly Organic with a copy of the original sales receipt within 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not refund original shipping charges on returned products. We will not be responsible for returned products lost or damaged during shipping, so it is recommended that returned products and exchanges be insured. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless there was an error on our part. Sorry, no returns will be accepted after 30 days. Returns will not be accepted without a copy of your sales receipt. Any items returned to us in non-sellable condition will be returned to purchaser at purchaser’s expense.
